FAQs

  • Top Flight cards are a recognition item that management (full time employees) as well as part-time supervisors of all companies at State Farm Stadium can hand out to any part time employee who is exemplifying the Top Flight Service Standards.

  • Doing a good job! It doesn't have to be heroic. Examples include:

    • SAFETY: Observing and reporting a safety issue. Standing over/in front of a spill until support arrives.

    • COURTESY: Proactively greeting a guest and assisting them with a part of their experience.

    • EFFICIENCY: Performing one’s role with great efficiency. Giving thorough and accurate directions.

    • PRESENTATION: Picking up trash. Cleaning up a spill/mess. Reporting out of place equipment to be picked up.

  • Visit the Top Flight Website at https://www.sfshuddle.com/ and use the password memories to open the site. Once the site is open select the teammates tab on the top of the web page. Scroll down to select the Reward Menu “More Info” button and decide what you would like to redeem your card for. Once you have decided on your redemption item, go back to the teammates tab and select the Redeem Your Cards! “More Info” button. Complete the form on this page and the Top Flight team will reach out with next steps on how to turn in your cards and receive your item.
