Phone Version:
Using your web browser log into your iSolved account using the following website: https://aee.myisolved.com
Click on the three lines on the top left side of the home page, this will bring you to a menu. Select the third to last button labeled “Year-end Tax Forms”. Select the blue “View” button on the right side of the document you would like to view. This will download a PDF file onto your device for you to view.

Once logged in, use the menu on the left side of the welcome screen. Scroll down on the menu to the button labeled “W2/ACA/1099 Forms” and select this button. Select the blue “View Document” button to the right side of the document you would like to view. This will download a PDF file onto your device for you to view.

Click on the three lines on the top left side of the home page, this will bring you to a menu. Select the person icon and then select the “Personal Info” button. You can select which tab on the top that you would like to update once you decide what to update, scroll to the very bottom of that page and select the “Edit” button.

Once logged in, use the menu on the left side of the welcome screen. Scroll down on the menu to the button labeled “Contact Information” and select this button. Here you can update your mailing address, phone number and email. Scroll further down on the left menu to the button labeled “Direct Deposits” and select this button. Here you can delete, edit and add direct deposit accounts. Scroll down again on the left menu to the button labeled “Tax Updates Wizard” and select this button. Here you can go through a guided form system to update your state and federal tax forms.

Use the forgot password link on the log in page of iSolved
If you are still locked out of your iSolved account please email the following email (peopleoperations@insigniaevents.net) with your full name, email address, and request to unlock your account. Once your request is received, you will be sent an email with a link to reset your account.
